All Miami Volleyball Club Players must do the following:
- All players must register on line with the Miami Volleyball Club. Fill out registration form online and print before submitting, bring copy to try-outs.
- All players must register online to become a USAV member ($50) prior to try-outs. Print copy of membership card and bring to try-outs
- All players must fill out, print and NOTARIZED USAV Medical Release Form prior to try-outs. Original notarized form must be handed in
- All players must read and accept the regulations for age definitions
